They had the car for a month to do minor repairs and the paintwork is full of dirt and very "orange peely" they offered to resolve it but I had no faith in their ability to to do so. To add insult to injury they didn't put my locking wheel nut back in the correct place so my mechanic had to take the front bumper off to change the leaking radiator they missed.
I transferred the excess payment while sitting in their reception but they wouldn't let me leave until they'd checked it. They also wouldn't replace a damaged wheel centre without me proving it was new before the minor crash. As a church minister, I was particularly offended by their questioning my honesty on two occasions.
After a 10 year career in the motor trade dealing in over 1000 cars from aged 18, I've never experienced such poor service or quality of paintwork by a bodyshop ever.
I wouldn't let them paint my wheelbarrow let alone a car.
